I really want to tell his parents that I don't believe in their God but I really am afraid to see how they'll react. While they aren't violent I have gotten some reeeeeeally nasty looks from them - >>; They found some, er, pictures of me on my mate's digi-cam and I got the "You're a dirty whore of Satan" look from them.

I can see them giving me that look again when I tell them that I'm not Christian and I'm uncomfortable with it.

No clue. I don't care what religion a person is. If I did I wouldn't be with him.

I was raised Catholic, but I don't follow the Catholic religion any longer.

My mom has a problem with this and would like when/if my boyfriend and I get married to have a Catholic wedding. Thing is, my boyfriend's family is super Christian and he doesn't follow that religion, either. It's going to be an interesting wedding.

I would just tell them, "No, I'm not a Christian." Explain that you respect the faith but just can't embrace it. If they try to discuss it with you, see if there are any similarities with what you believe... but make sure you don't try too hard or they might think you're trying to "lure" them into your beleifs.

Although it may not be exactly what they want to hear, it could work out to be a happy medium. Just remember that a compromise requires a little sacrifice on both ends; but I'm sure neither side will have too much of a problem with simply respecting the other's choice.

All else fails, you can bury them alive in a box* >:)
