Etheras reposting rules

General
There is a common misconception that anything posted online is public domain, I do not share this crude and backward assumption. My posting of Etheras media on this site or any other is not a license for others to take these images and use them however they want. That having been said, as a general rule, I *do* allow resposts of media depicting Etheras on sites like e621, furaffinity, inkbunny, sofurry, fchan, etc. But there are some STRICT exceptions. Please review the list before reposting Etheras media.
TERMS
FIRST... There are some situations where reposting Etheras media is never okay. These include posting Etheras media that was never authorized by Etheras's creator (me) to be created in the first place, any media containing Etheras that has been edited in any way, posting media containing Etheras and claiming that it is another character or belongs to a creator other than myself, and/or posting Etheras media on any website that allows for public or semi-public tagging (tagging by individuals who did not post the media). This includes websites such as Facebook.
SECOND... Etheras media will be posted with a "REPOST AUTHORIZATION RATING" which determines where and when media depicting Etheras may be posted. See further down this post for details.
THIRD... All media containing Etheras belongs to me, at least in part. Thus, violations of these terms will be prosecuted as an infringement of my intellectual property rights (copyright). Any and all users who repost Etheras art in violation of these terms will be reported to the site admins as a copyright violator.
REPOST AUTHORIZATION RATING DEFINITIONS
"Definitions? Are you serious?" you might be thinking, but yes I am serious.
"FREE" : This means that you have my permission to post the media anywhere that doesn't violate the rules under the "Terms" section.
"LIMITED" : This means the art is sensitive in some way that I don't want it to be posted on certain sites or in certain situations, which will typically be mentioned in the body of the post that it applies to. This includes things like fan art. If I make naughty fan art for a video game, for example, it wouldn't make me happy if you submitted it to their fan site. So in this case I would probably limit posting to only sites for the furry fandom.
"RESTRICTED" : This means DO NOT REPOST. This would include works-in-progress, or teaser content for purchasable content like upcoming comic books or stories containing the character of Etheras.

That said, I must ask if your reposting rules apply to translating your texts and then posting them -- giving the due credit to you, of course.
