What I was surprised to find out that despite most all furries being in groups and with friends at the con, we're all pretty much shy! Very shy in my case but I'm breaking out as best I can. I did get to meet a few distant online furries and hope in the near future to start some nearby friendships so we can do things together.

At the con I was just to shy to walk up to someone at random or if interested in their suit, to start talking. And being hard of hearing it's a nightmare to have a conversation though I want to hear everything the person says!

Don't fret none. It's part of what we are like! Shy! Go figure!
