hardstylefurs Yes, it possibly could happen, look at the new Google theme today. I heard about this on the news the GOV. is thinking about shutting down the web, but what about the other countries who have internet? The details are still unclear and if they do shut it down it would be the death of the fandom and a public out rage.

no thats not what it was. The bill SOPA(which clearly is not gonna be passed) if you read about it, was for the power for the gov to MONITOR the internet for pirating. So frostwire and any website you can download movies and music would be shut down. However, if say, someone on FA posted a link to a downloaded song, this whole website could be shut down. Ultimately it would have destroyed the internet.
