I've known about the SOPA and the PIPA bills for awhile now. Lost abit of sleep over it too. Now I'm not usually prone to political stuff on here. But today I'll make an exception. Let me explain to those who DON'T CARE what will happen if these bills pass. Your favorite websites? Gone. Your favorite online games? Gone. Your online freedom? Gone. These bills are in direct violation of both Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press. Those of you who want to say 'shut up you stupid kid. You don't know what you're talking about', I know damn well what I'm talking about. I've read them, front to back. They NEED to be struck down, or at least HEAVILY revised. Now already I've seen the congressmen behind this bill have begun to back off as a result of what's happening today. My hope is that they come back in a few years with a REAL anti-piracy bill and not this shit.....phew there I'm done ranting for today. That is all. :3
