Seems to be slowing down/speeding up at regular intervals for me. I thought it might be a issue of high use or something.

This is the first speedup for me as well. Hrmm....

considering it took about a minute to open up this journal.. at least for me its not speeding up, though yesterday it was pretty fast

Yeah, it slowed down again. It had been loading very quick though before, and was the first time I saw it fast in awhile!

i always get really excited when i click on a message or something and it loads right away haha

It's been loading slower than average since around Christmas, so the problem is almost a month old. Every once in a while, it loads really fast for something like an hour, then it goes right back to being slow again. My suspicion is that the site has been under almost constant DoS attacks over the past month, and that the attackers let up on it for short times when they wish to use FA themselves.

It was lagging badly during the weekend, but it seems fine now.

Maybe they overclocked the servers, now?

Give fa some time. I'm sure it'll screw up again in some way. :p
