Rant.... TL;DR

Must you do that? Really? I've no say in the matter...?
Let us extol the virtues of voluptuous mocha skinned women… no not really. So working as a manager trainee in fast food is so much fun. Being of a ‘darker’ complexion I get mistaken at least once a day for being of Hispanic heritage… WRONG AGAIN FUCKERS black and German…. I am the black sheep of one family and the white sheep of another. But it irritates the fuck out of me when people walk up and assume… that I do not speak English. More then once I have gotten ‘Oh can we have someone who speaks English?’ Why yes you can now get the hell out of my store. I make it no secret that I don’t like my job. It’s not what I want to do and I dun have the capabilities at the moment to do what I want. What is it I want you may want to know? Well that’s a secret. I am still working on many things here and there but not my passion and dream. Anyways. I get the people that assume that I don’t understand them so therefore I get the people who have to slowly enunciate every single word as if I am too stupid too understand. So my response to that is generally to do the same thing back to them. It doesn’t often work but there are a few that ad sufficiently chastened to knock it the fuck off. It’s either that or I start spouting gibberish German. And a lot of it. I think I may have to learn a few phrases in an African language. Just to get my point across. I have had recently one person argue with me that the customer is always right and therefore if he says I am a Mexican then I am one and I just have to deal with it. I call bullshit on that. There is the customer being right and then there is being a dick… he was being a dick.
I also make it no secret that I have a bad temper and working at the place I do makes me hold the reins of my temper tight each and every day I work. I am not a people person; I am not seeking to learn humility by working there. As it is the higher ups are the worst by far. They could give a rats ass about the employees and the dreadful state that the store gets in oh have I mentioned that it get to 99F in the store during the summer when the AC decides to die? And it’s only 99F because the thermostat doesn’t get to the triple digits… Haha I literally work in hell.
Wow I got sidetracked bad didn’t I? But yeah I work in hell literally…

When I was washing dishes, we had customers put the servers in tears because the cooks did something wrong and put full blame on the server, asking one of the three managers to fire them. Hell, I'm sure if I hadn't washed one of the dishes correctly and it wasn't caught, it would have been put on the servers.
It seems people treat those they see in restaurants like shit, as if they are lesser.
Waiters, fast food, etc. workers deserve pay raises, just for dealing with the customers.
