car

I just had to tell someone, so im telling whomever may read this post, i just spent the last 2 days getting a car to run and drive, yes i know normaly this isnt anything special, but it was a car i towed home from the dump, and it took me only a couple days to do it, im so surprised that i did this so quickly, so ya, just a random post about how i shocked myself, that is all
I do remember the 1991 Pontiac Sunbirds with sunroofs, and those cars were really beautiful even by today's standards. It is really too bad that GM did not continue to build cars like that vehicle because it offered affordable convertibles to the mass public, and it was a good competitor to the the Chrysler LeBaron of those days. Now that I think about it, I cannot think of many convertibles on the market with the exception of the Chrysler 200 and a couple of the high end European cars.
Was your Sunbird a convertible, or was it a regular car?
just a regular hardtop with a sunroof in it, if it woulda been a convertible, i might have kept it , but it was just a hardtop, so ya. and as for convertables on the market, there is the seabring by Chrysler and there are convertible mustangs too, and im sure dodge has something out there, but im not sure what it would be, mabey the Challenger.
Aw, it is too bad that your Sunbird was not a convertible! In light of the vehicle being a standard one I can understand why you sold it off.
I vaguely remember insurance rates for convertibles being higher than regular cars which is probably why automakers gradually moved away from them especially in light of the bad economy. Automakers clearly need to focus on meat and potato cars in this economy especially with so many people with cars pushing into the ten to eleven year range and needing to trade them in for something practical. With that being said I have noticed that some of the new Cadillacs and Lincolns have an interesting system in which the cars do have sunroofs that can open up from the driver's area all the way back to the passenger area making the vehicle seem kind of like a convertible without a folding roof if that makes sense. It is a pretty neat feature, and I never had seen sunroofs extend that far before.
ya, and it was to new for me XD im more ofa fan of older cars
ya they are higher, and im paying 600 a month so ya, cant afford to insure to many vehicles xP. and ya iv seen thos too, i forget what they are called. but ya its cool some of the stuff they are comeing up with to put into vehicles. even tho some of them were invented years ago, but just wernt put in.
