Sindi's Workout Journal: Round 1!

So Sindi's back to the gym this week! I got my workout sheet and i'm using this week to find my weight to use for my workouts.
Today I did:
Dumbell Bench Press, Seated Dumbell Military Press, Lat Pulldowns, Leg Presses, Leg Curls
I didn't get a chance to buy my post-workout supplements from S2 yet, but I haven't found a spare moment!
Weight as of today (1/23/2012): 118 Lbs
Target Weight: 110 lbs
Meals so Far:
Meal 1: Oatmeal with Skim Milk and Honey & and Orange & glass of Vanilla Rice Milk
Meal 2: Ham Sandwich & Apple & Package of Cheese n Chives Crackers
Meal 3: 2 Fried Eggs & Two Whole Wheat Toast
Meals for Later:
Meal 4: Bowl of Steamed Veggies & Bowl of White Rice
Meal 5: Tilapia Filet & Sweet Corn on the Cob & Broccoli
Drinking Plenty of water!!! Pumped up!!! YEAH!!!
