OKAY. I am tired of appologizing about this. I'm tired of delays. This is NOT like me at all. I've been in such a crummy mood and it needs to stop.
I was being over stressed by a commission I had that was holding me back so badly, I would literally cry and cuss up a storm as I tried to toil day in and day out just to draw it. Finally, I just gave up and asked the commissioner to trade it off for something else. I've never had to do this, but anyways, that means I can get back to focusing on things I enjoy. After clearing this list up, I'm going to make a revision on my rules. I know I had an "I'll draw anything" rule, but now I'm starting to see sometimes there are things I just can't draw, and I want to give top quality.
Quality wont be there if I don't enjoy what I'm drawing, so, I will sacrifice my openness for quality.
I hope you all understand.

So, you're completely right to contact the commissioner and work out something else. This way you both know the work will be better and nobody will lose any sleep over it. :D
