S.A.D. - Seasonal Affective Disorder, and you.
It has come to my attention that a lot of people in New England are suffering from S.A.D. something easily treated with some sunlight and/or the proper vitamins. I was considering having a party for a weekend, where people sleep regularly, take the right vitamins and get plenty of sun phase light.
That would be cool, and would also bust up the cabin fever going on after the last few weeks of mind-numbing coldness.

If anyone is interested in partaking some of my sun-phase light, D-suppliments and a de-stressing weekend of good food, good sleep and good times, please do not hesitate to post here.

btw i concur about the effectiveness of taking vitamins. been taking one for a few weeks & its like, a NOTICEABLE difference. i would suggest everyone be taking a good multivitamin this time of year. (well really always)
Man, i would love to, but work and school has me going crazy, and i'm too broke to call off on work.
