Potential for Potentiometers

General
Some journals are personal, and some journals are business related for Kinzart. For everything else, I don't care.
Originally I was fearful on using potentiometers for some reason. I guess it's because I didn't like working with knobs and all that crazy stuff. I also wanted to avoid analog inputs since they tend to be an annoying pain, at least in theory.
That is until I actually gave it a try.
Now I simply love them! I made a quick fader script that controls the speed via a 10k ohm potentiometer, where I got some inspiration from here (more directly from here). I'm thinking of using it in my eye blink module to control the close angle and to also perhaps start another module for controlling LEDs in a more cool fashion (again, see the above links).
I am hoping to also make use of a (now finally working) tact button to control the modes on the new LED module. As for its name, I have no idea but I'm hoping it'll be a nice, cheap $10 controller that adds epic sauce to anyone's fursuits who want glowing goodness.
To give you an idea on what the potentiometer will do, on my first successful build on it, I stated "It's not fast enough unless I have to put a warning on it for people who can't look at strobe lights!"
Peace.
