I almost died last night... I had a bottle of seroquil and a mug full of water freshly poured. Past abuse just hit me again only harder this time than ever before... I wrote the entire tale down and posted it on a support forum... I'm thinking about going to the police even if it is two years old... I am not sure... Just wanted to write this and get it out. Not going to do anything stupid right now and not trying to scare people, I'll be okay. I just hope I can do something about this. It's too much for me.
