Yep, I fucking hate fees too. And every day it sits as negative, I believe they tack on more, so it makes it even more impossible to get out of the negative. I would totally close that account and go to a different bank if I were you, before it gets worse. They may force you to pay the negative, but might be able to fight it. I don't know, but better to get out while you can instead of letting it sit there.

You can't close an account, while you owe money, can you?

I'm sure they'll try to tell you 'no', which is total bs, but if they do well... I'd say just do your best to get it taken care of and close the account.

That happened to us too. We had to pay over 200 bucks just to bring it to 0 because they wouldn't honor the fees. Howeeever they did say you could ask them to waive it all and bring it to 0, and they honor that request up to 3 times. Might help :o

The most disgusting thing about this is how the banks only pick on those who CAN'T afford the fees.

Thats why you dont use banks..
