I really think it would be more interesting, if you picked story elements separately or each writer, since you'll be writing about one and the same... Yeah, you can argue it's "for the sake of contest", but it would showcase the differences between the authors better and would be a fairer competition. Oh well, I'm not the one making the rules.
The kinks were certainly a useful contribution. We both agreed that given that TF and tentacles came up so much, we'd pretty much have to include at least those. So there's that at least.
I guess the system you ended up having could be really interesting, if you, say, highlighted the differences between yourselves, by handling situations very differently or creatively. Say, "traffic jam" doesn't say which type of traffic jam it is - it can be both your common everyday one, or something futuristic, akin to what we saw in "The Fifth Element".
Also, is it me, or half the suggestions very either comical, or downright silly? I know some good jokes here and there enhances the story a lot, but when you base your story around it, it kind of kills the atmosphere, at least in pornfics.
I really don't care all that much for tentacles. Don't get me wrong, they're pretty good, but I wouldn't call it one of my main kinks. To be perfectly honest, I included them only because I know how awesome you are at handling them.

Besides, we did at least take that into account, in that we're free to pick and choose from the kinks list, so if any are too difficult (like for instance, the amputee fetish one) we're free to ignore them.
It will happen, but it's probably best to replace all uses of the word "weeks" with "months". Although to be fair, I can't speak at all for the other person - but I know I'll get mine up eventually.
