Back Problems
I had some lame back pain yesterday. It wasn't serious. Just a background annoyance and distraction.
Could be just having slept wrong the night before.
Or the fact I'm an old drake.
But I'm starting to wonder if it's because of my weightlifting this month.
I've only been doing 25lbs but as I've made mention of many times before, I have real long arms and that means issues with leverage. That combined with about 80 or so curls per day per arm, maybe it's just not so good on my back.
Anyway, after sleeping carefully last night I'm good. And the month's over tomorrow anyway so-- *shrug*.

It wouldn't be because of the weights, unless your throwing yourself backwards with each lift.

I did not lift dead weight off the floor correctly and it likely led to me ruining a disc in my back which I didn't feel until later in life. Chances are you have muscle fatigue or strain. Without MRI or an experienced chiropractor's examination, it would be difficult to say otherwise.
