I just woke up from a nap and i feel pretty rough. Worse than I did this morning anyway.

D= That's not good. Maybe it just means you need MOAR SLEEP! lol Like a day's worth... a full 24 hours.

I got in the bed and passed out. X3

Just rest and drink lots of clear liquids. Make sure you get adequate nutrition, too; don't eat junk food (but obviously keep your stomach empty if it feels unsettled).

My tummy feels OK, but I will drink only water for the next few days. I have a bad diet coke habit.

Lots of clear Fluids, Water, and light tea for example.
Keep an eye on the discharge from your nose. If it gets clotty, and yellow/green then a Dr visit for some antibiotics and steroids could help shorten the time your sick.
Also
Keep an eye on your temperature. If it starts getting high like over 100, take some Motrin to get your fever down.

Get Lots of rest too.

Awe, sorry to hear you got sick, Mune! When I'm sick usually what I do is think about how wonderful it's going to be when I'm well again, and I think about things I really wish I could be doing, and think about how great it's going to be to really get my tail in gear and work on them when I'm feeling right again. Staying excited and passionate makes a world of difference! And of course get plenty of rest, since during sleep your immune (Im-MUNE, heheh) system kicks into overdrive and really fights invasion bigtime. In other words, sleep and dream. Plenty of sleep, and keep passionate about your dreams! Oh, and if it helps, keep in mind how many people appreciate you and your efforts and are hoping for your recovery. Get well soon, Mune!

Gatorade for hydration and all the electrolytes n stuff you need, chicken soup, Nyquil. And possibly a doctor's visit if it doesn't get better soon. ;o

No I am not a nurse. Everyone who works at a hospital is not automatically a nurse.

Drink lots of water. Stay away from dairy. You could pick up a few 5-hr energies, the B-vitamins in those will help stimulate your metabolism and speed up the recovery process. Lots of people swear by Tylenol as an anti-fever medication but I say try Ibuprofen instead - it's less harmful to you.

Another thing you'll find that may help is something like Nyquil while you sleep (the one without acetaminophen).

Its an uncomfortable sensation yeah. Like all the hair on my arms feels like its on end and prickly. The sides of my face hurt. I don't know, I may be dying.
