how can i be more social?

i noticed my comments in journals and art have gone down too ..uhh...well i am noticing not much is being said. i wanna know how to get some comments on my art too improve, or journals so i can improve myself at times. i am trying to be more social you know. do not wanna feel like i am talking to myself
