So i just got home, unfortunatley, my boss sent me home for the day because i was supposidly rude to two customers yesterday, i would never be rude to ANYONE. let alone my customers. So i got in, said hi to him as usual and he said "tara i need to talk to you" so of course i got quiet and listened to him, he told me that two customers reported me as being rude when sitting them. I know i wasnt rude, we had half of the resturant closed because we only had 4 servers, and i told the customers "unfortunatly we have no booths right now, all of them are dirty and we wont have any until theyre clean, so right now we only have tables and half and half *half booth half tables*." and this one customer was like "thers a booth over there, you can just clean it off and we'll sit there."another customer said the same thing. So i went to clean off the tables, which isnt even my job to do, and i sat my customers and one was like" I come here every day ugh" and i was like "oh thats cool, sorry were abnormally busy for the afternoon normally we're slow" and she snatched my menus from me and said "Whatever!' and then she started wiping down my table again when i had just clened it for her and she was just going on and on about how i didnt do a good job when i KNOW i did, the other customer was nicer, and i just sat her, told her sorry for the wait and that the server would be there in just a moment. I mean i know i wont lose my job over that, but honestly ive never been rude to any customers at work, if im in a bad mood i direct it to my co workers taht are being rude to me. My boss says he "understsands my side" but he cant "do anything about it cause customers come first." which i understand but stilll.....For the whole month ive been there ive NEVER been rude to anyone and i would just up and start just outta the blue? Thats what i dont understand....*sighs heavily* i mean he even told me to come back in the after noon and check my scheduale for the week but i have a feeling im only gonna be working for 4 days or so, which sucks cause ive been getting alot of hours lately and now il probablly get cut again in hours. Man this sucks :/ at least i can work on chibis and get alot done. *huffs irritably*
