I need tips ;v;

soo...
theres a dance on friday and Im really scared to go.
and..im afraid of being asked to dance with someone.
..if a guy asks me to dance;;;
idk. I tried looking it up and there was no good results.
I feel like the right answer should be yes, but what if its...an asking you out kind of dance?
I feel like if someone does ask you out at a dance, its only because of how you look in the dress and with
pounds of makeup on. And Im talking about people who you havent socialized with you at all outside of the dance, and
they strangely come out to you at the dance. How do you handle that?
If you dont like someone and they ask you to dance with them, what do you say?
I feel like the dance is just an excuse to ask someone out. If you truly love someone, you wouldn't come out
randomly at a dance and tell them. You would probably get to know them beforehand right?
Im not sure so thats why Im making this journal. I thought it would be best here since I remain anonymous intsead
of asking the question on fb or something.

Usually guys will let you let you know if he had intentions like that.

A lot of guys have a hard time initiating romantic gestures, so dances become the "right moment" to say "i'm in like with you~" BUT if you were not interested, let him down easy.

As said before, some guys can't handle rejection without bells and whistles to hide the hurt if it comes at us. So dances are where they can initiate the love.
