This is sort of a tos update! Trying to get all the wording right is hard :P

Part one: My guarantee to you Commissioners/Traders

1. My working list will always be posted publicly in my journal footer, and is consistently updated.

2. No money you have sent me will EVER be touched until the commission is completed.

3. I will not sell pints of you your characters, that I have drawn for commissions or trades, unless otherwise agreed on ahead of time. I will still use them in promotional work i.e a price list, examples, or in my portfolio. The art work itself is still copyright to me.

4. You may ask me any questions, you may have at any time, if you are unclear about the progress I have made on your work.

5. Full refunds will be given if no work has been started on any piece at any time, if any work has been completed a refund less the work done will be available. No refunds will be given if work is completed.

6. All work will be completed in as timely a manner as possible. No work should ever take more than 30 days to complete from start to finish. If some extreme extenuating circumstance happens, you will know well in advance, and be able to take the best course of action from that point, weather it be deadline extension or refund of any manner.

7. I will not reuse any part of any art I do for you for someone else, unless I created a general use brush or a pattern during the process of your commission/trade.


Part Two: What you can do with my art

1. You may re-post any art you get from me anywhere you please as long as you link back to my fa page/credit me as the artist.

2. You may make my art into something for yourself i.e. slap it on a sticker or a shirt, as long as its for you and you make no profit off it.

3. Crop the art for yourself to use as an icon (If you'd prefer ill do it for you for free!), or add space to it make a desktop wallpaper for your computer.

4. If you intend to color work I do for you please tell me in advance, but generally if you would like to color a line art I do for you that's okay!



Part 3: What you cannot do with my art

1. You may not have another artist "finish" or alter any work you get from me without my permission. You may NEVER get another artist to alter art I have done for you to make it into a mature work.

2. Print/make anything from art I have made for you for profit.

3. Claim the artwork as your own work.

As a final note: I also reserve the right to decline any commission at any time for any reason.

I'm going to add to this a few spreadsheets with information you might like to know before commissioning me or trading with me. They will show my turn around time for every commission and trade. I'm absolutely dedicated to giving you my very best and this information may be usefull.
