I have created a Sergal Character, WooOoO!

Well. I don't even know why I'm writing this down, maybe a bit happy with myself and also I'm just always randomly anxious. I made a Sergal character and I've begun to love the direction I've made for him and I'd like to write out what I so far have acknowledged about him.
Name: Neco
Age: 19 years
Eye Color: Silver/Gray with a Light blue tinge
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 162lbs(?What is average weight?)
Clan: Shigu
Profession: Chef
Abilities: Able to cook up flavorsome meals from any known meat that he's encountered and considers to be an 'ingredient'.
Description: Always wears a large, puffy chef hat to retain a slightly professional look about himself. Comically, no one has ever seen him without his chef hat on. Rumors circulate from time to time about the large Chef hat in which it is said that he hides things inside of it, whether or not it's things of value, weapons or just fluffy things to help cushion it is still unknown to this day. His culinary talents make up for what he lacks in martial arts or in combat prowess, though he knows how to fend himself off from enemies by using throwing knives expertly and taking advantage of his smaller frame which gives him extra agility and speed to dodge incoming attacks. He Generally views things as a realist with a morbid sense of humor whenever hungry or in a determined mood. Neco, from his rare moments when not hunting for ingredients can come off as a goofy type or even too laid back for his own good but even in those moments he has quick wit and above-average knowledge compared to other Northern Sergals.
That's the gist of it though I'd like to get input on him, I have merely a picture of Neco via the Second Life avatar that I have, though I'm sure that maybe in time and when I have money, I'd just love the opportunity to get a commission of Neco so I can(Obviously) look at it and giggle like a school girl.
