So my spine is cracked

Apparently it's always been very weak, but I landed an arial flip type thing wrong about a week ago and that really messed me up. It's a noticeable fracture at the base of my spine which is one of the worst places to get an injury like that since it supports you whole body.
I can't really sleep and when I do the pain wakes me up about once an hour. I was supposed o get an MRI today but there was a mess-up and I'll have to wait.
SO the doc said I can't lift anything at all. Even my school bag is considered too heavy.
i can't give receive hugs. I should avoid walking, and never run. Avoid stairs. And for the love of God he said, do not jump.
