How are the privacy settings?

You can, actually. I'm not sure if you have to be a member yourself first before you can do it, but there's a tab marked "members". If you click that, it'll show you everybody who is a member of the site.
The privacy settings are good. I have a friend who is very interested in his online privacy, and he seems really interested in the site and happy with it. If it's good enough for him, then it's gotta be pretty tight.
