You can withdraw funds from a credit card but it costs money to do that. Your best bet would be to withdraw it from your bank checking account because that's free.

I DO think if you have the routing number and all the right info you can link your bank account to PayPal and use the transfer of funds and all those options that way.

However be careful when making deals with people for commissions and stuff over FA.

PayPal ruled recently that FA is a porn site and refuses to accept transactions for stuff that has anything to do with FA because they think we're trading pics of people having sex with animals IRL or something.

Or at least in discriptions be discreet and neither party should mention FA

You can set PayPal up to use a credit card. In fact, I believe it's one of the only two ways you can set up your account properly-- I think that's how my parents' account is set up.
