Some little facts about Tessiha...
1. She is the religious icon for her people. Her name means 'goddess mother' in their language
2. She spends time alive, and mortal from time to time. When seen in her more godly form, her dress is white. When she is mortal, it is a baby blue color.
3. For being a goddess, she has very limited powers when mortal - any godly powers depleting her life significantly whenever they are used.
4. Throughout her people's history, her common appearance has changed from that of a brave but wary mother, to a fierce warrior mother, to proud and strong matriarch, to her most current appearance - the peaceful, sweet natured midwife.
5. Whenever anyone has claimed to see her godly form, she is -always- pregnant.
6. While in her godly form, she is omnipotent (god, you know, the usual), however - in mortal form, she is absent-minded, forgetful, and a bit ditzy - her memory horribly fragmented.
7. Goddesshood was not a choice for Tessiha - it was forced on her, through circumstances beyond her control.
8. She has an evil older sister, named Gwendal, that often shares her appearance - however, her material form is horribly disfigured by radiation and chemical burns. They resemble what her people used to look like before the circumstances that led to her becoming a goddess - though she doesn't remember that when she is mortal.
