thought i was just heavily exhausted from working out too much, woke up at 5 dry heaving then puking, i thought drinking water would help but seems like it made it worse, wen i went to the hospital only to find out it was rly rly bad food poisoning along with dehydration, i drank a shti load of water still didnt help, on meds right now and in pain but im rly sry i didnt call back last night, if i had the strenth i would of, im leaving in a few hours and will b back home but in bed most of the day. dont let this scare anyone, im ok now just having horrible stomach pains. i love you all and apologize to u my love, i love you always and forever, forever and always
