i ordered some replacement markers (deleters and copics) about two weeks ago from them, and they still haven't arrived.

at first i thought that the president's day long weekend was the problem, but i'm fairly sure now that's not the issue. they don't give you any tracking on your order, and so far haven't responded to my e-mails asking what the deal is.

has anyone else used them?
has anyone else had similar issues?

i normally just buy my deleters straight from japan, but i thought that pendeavours (in canada) would be able to ship them faster (japan averages 10 days, pendeavours claims 5...) even though it costs about the same.

so yeah
anyone else have an issue with these guys? is this normal?
