Movie Review #2: 28 Weeks Later
I have met the most wonderful person in the world...
Since no one really voted which movie I should review, I decided to go with 28 Weeks Later. Once again, I will go over the six aspects that I had before: Actors, Plot, Graphics, Music, Furryness, and my overall thoughts.
Actors - The actors were pretty decent in this movie. They weren't outstanding, but they portrayed what they needed to portray. I can't really say a whole lot about the actors because it wasn't really about the characters so much with this movie.
Plot - The plot to this movie was good. The infected were just about wiped out and they started to reinhabit England when the infection starts to spread again. The ending was pretty good too. However, there is one thing I would like to make clear about this movie: THEY ARE NOT ZOMBIES! The humans are still alive and do not require a bullet to the brain to be killed.
Graphics - This movie didn't have too many graphics. In fact all they really had was the fire and maybe some shooting scenes. So all in all, I can't really say that they were bad. Perhaps they could have done more with graphics and stuff, but they really didn't.
Music - There wasn't really a whole lot of music in the movie but that added to the effect of the movie. Without music, we never knew what was going to really happen next, so we could only guess so much. So, the absence of music added to the film. A unique concept, but a good one from time to time.
Furryness - There was just about no animals in this movie whatsoever. However, given the circumstances, I say that's pretty reasonable. I mean, if there was a Viral apocalypse, I wouldn't want the animals to have to suffer through it either.
Overall thoughts - Overall, the movie was good and I think that it was played through perfectly, but changing a few things here and there might have helped it. For example, they could have used more animals in the film. I did enjoy the movie, but it was slightly bland. I do recommend seeing this film. I suggest borrowing it or at the most renting it.
REPORT CARD:
Actors - B+
Plot - A+
Graphics - B
Music - B+
Furryness - C
Final Grade: B
