Free Icon Raffle [Closed]

Free animated pixel icon Raffle! Not for the pole icons but for a chibi blinking/tail wag icon like Severi and this human - all furry of course. BUT the difference is, that I have ONE spot open and it is a RAFFLE. I would love to make you all one but I just can't. The way I will pick the "winner" is literally through raffle. I will write all the names on a paper, put it in a hat or something and pick one. So that way there is no playing favourites or "first come first serve" - this is fair. Everyone has a chance. :3
I will choose the winner at around 10:00am Tuesday (EST). Anyone that submits their reference and journal after that, I can't take it! Reminder, I do not take commissions or requests or trades. Sorry. Also, I will take my time on the winner's icon to make it the best I can so please be okay on the fact that it may take time. :3
If your fursona/OC is complicated and I can't put all of the details on, I'm sorry. It's a pixel so it's difficult to fit everything in. The icon will be in the pose in the examples (sitting on knees). And no exceptions.
I will NOT do: couples, ferals, centaurs, fetish adds, "complex" clothing (other than listed below)
I will do: baby furs, clothing (bikini or shorts or tee-shirt/pants), a symbol next to your OC/sona (like a peace sign, heart, etc) - let me know!
Rules: Must be watching me! Must give me a journal leading to this journal (link please)! Must give me a reference! Tell me if you would like clothing (bikini or shorts or tee-shirt/pants) and/or a symbol (peace sign, heart, etc)!
