Sithis is back to normal behavior (which the vet said was a huge tell-tale) and his symptoms (except the red spots) are gone! His edema was way way worse today, but the vet just drained all the fluid out so now he's back to regular size and his skin should start reconnecting if it separated at all. All I have to do now is just keep up his antibiotics which are indeed working very well and he should be absolutely fine.
