... you realize that you talk to so many people that you can't keep up with them all the time. :L

If you just met someone new and you give them your full attention and then a couple days later, you remember someone else, older or newer, and you start giving them attention while leaving everyone else in the rift. It's a vicious cycle. No wonder it feels harder to get back to that stage of friendship you had before. :<


Or when you remember that one friend you haven't talked to in a number of months and your torn over whom to talk to because you don't want to make either of them angry / jealous.
