This wolf needs advice.
I have been a training manager for 13 months. It's only for Burger King (mind you in young and in college). Though I feel used, do I quit and find a new job or do I tough it out. I do feel like im close, but i been telling this to myself for months. Now, one of my best friends is also a training manager, he dosnt deserve it all. This just makes me question myself.

I would just tough it out a bit longer. So, when you do find a job worth while, they will look at the skills you build up from your previous job and how long you have stayed. Those will count a lot to a future job you're looking for:) Next to that, the economy is tough, so don't jump to easily my friend.
