On Waarhorse

General
As many of you are aware, with the spreading of this information, that Waarhorse passed last week of a heart attack. He was 48.
A former Army and California National Guard sergeant, he was also a member of the largest Catholic fraternity, the Knights of Columbus. He also at one time ran as a Republican nominee for District 56 of the California State Assembly.
A regular recognizable face at almost every furry convention, especially when he sported his uniform.
I may not have actually spoken to him face to face, but I was always pleased to see him mingling with the furs, as he represented, in my mind, the fact that the furry 'idea' has broader appeal than some folks think.
I may not have necessarily agreed with some of his ideologies, given his political stance, but I feel nothing but respect and admiration for this man.
*Salute*

...And yet I miss him...
Sounds like he was a good guy though.
