Am I annoying/talk too much?

Because I feel that way ALL the time when talking to someone who discussion with someone through notes. I feel like, when I speak to them over and over again when they don't reply I think it's my fault/I'm being annoying. ; o ; I can't help but think it's me. PARANOID. But, really, comment and tell me what you think of me.
