Also finished Mass Effect 3. The endings were bullshit and I am wondering why the writers decided to veer off where they did instead of staying the course with the Dark Matter plot they were building up through ME1 and ME2. I mean, for a game called Mass Effect and how it permeates the game not a whole lot goes into delving into it through the in-game narrative.

As for the endings, it took a good deal of thinking it over, but I figured out why they did it. And while it's kinda a shitty ending, it still makes sense. Unfortunately.
