Yesterday I signed a Declination statement.
Today I requested Chapter 16-4
I should be out within four months if they approve it, which I do not see why they wouldn't.

I got tired of waiting on medical stuff to happen. I saw my doctor today and he wants to give me another cortisone shot. I don't think it will make a difference.
