Beginning to question my faith?

I don't know what's happening, but...I'm starting to lose my faith in God and pretty much religion in general.
The way I'm looking at it is...that honestly, God hasn't done much for me. If you look at my life, where has it gotten me? In a pothead town and school? To thhee point of suicide? To the point of disowning my brother?
And then I look at the world...America is in the shits...Kony has been abducting children for 20+ years and we've barely done a thing...Most of Africa is starving, China is producing nearly everything, it seems...there's global warming and pollution in general...there was the Holocaust, where millions died in a genocide...people have to endure disabilities from birth, such as deformities and retardation which brings their social life to zip...
And if He really existed...wouldn't he have done something?
And he hasn't.

America has problems, but It's because of ignorance the people have when they elect their representatives to rule them. We have the potential to be self-sufficient, but we aren't.
Officials don't like to mess with other nations, especially if it's on as controversial topics as are discussed in the world.
Global warming and pollution exist and fluctuate naturally. We may be adding to the effects, but it'll even out eventually.
Personally, I don't believe in God. That's not to say you should give up on believing in something though. It'll be okay in the end.
