Today at work I had to fire someone because they did not follow the rules. He was a good man and a hard worker, but every so often he would do something unsafe. Today the thing he did nearly got someone hurt. As if loosen the bolts on a fellow employee's chair is a good idea in the first place. What was he thinking. Oh well... I just wanted to say rule are there for a reason follow them.
