Wacom!

I decided that my mouse was too fickle to be used as a drawing tool. You may have noticed that some of my curves are not the smoothest and my lines not the straightest. Althought I can't blame it for all of that, my mouse did have a part in that.
So I got now a Wacom Bamboo Create and have been fiddling around with it for the past few days.
I like the pen idea, especially because I sketch my art anyway before scanning it.
Interesting enough, when using the eraser function on GIMP it doesn't erase the entire line when using the pen. I might try the eraser on the pen instead of the eraser tool on GIMP.
The only thing that bugs me about the pen is the clicker. Sometimes I accidentally click it, but it isn't a big problem.
It's slow going right now learning how to draw with a Wacom tablet rather than a mouse but I know my art will be cleaner looking and that eventually I'll get faster with my drawings.
Speaking of drawings, I sketched over 20 pieces of art! Yikes! I think I should stop until I get a few colored.
My goals for this batch are: Improved backgrounds and creating pieces with two characters. And of course general improvement.
