In 1994 pentagon wanted to use a bomb called the "GAY BOMB" named for its high content of aphrodisac to arouse soldiers to "Make love and not war" but was scrapped as to being easily blocked by gas mask and such.

General Edward Lansdale came up with a plan to spread that christ was coming and was oppossed to anti christ casto, and a specific date was to be given, then at night subs would surface and use starshells to signal his coming thus making the people over throw him in theory.
