Hm I don't usually do that but this morning I saw a journal which touch me a lot and I wished to share it with other people, this journal has been done by
Such a funny thing, life.
So many people take their lives for granted. So many waste their lives and treat their lives like they have some more going spare under the stairs or something. If there was ever something of a motto to live by.. Its that life is too short for hatred, for anger, arguments, petty shit that goes on every damn day.
You only get one chance on this planet. One.
We go through near-misses all the time, no idea if fate really exists, or karma. But I have seen enough of it to know that sometimes it happens. But that doesn't mean we have to stick to what we think is 'best' for us. We get to choose who we want to be, and what we want to do in OUR lives. No one can tell you otherwise.. Maybe strict parents, overbearing family members that want to make you into something you feel you aren't. Don't ever let someone stand in the way of your hopes and dreams.
Because you just never know what is around that corner. I have lost people close to me, and I almost lost my best friend, my soul mate, and the love of my life last year. There has been many occasions where I have sat and gone through the 'what if' process. I've gone through blaming myself, thinking of all the bad shit I have done in my life and felt maybe karma was taking it out on those I hold dear to me. Or maybe its just simple directions in life that lead us to these situations. Whether you can see that invisible thread that you follow your whole life or not. Shit happens, as they say. You can't control it, and you can't predict it. You just have to suffer the outcome of bad things, and be positive and outweigh it all with the good things that happen in your life.
Either way.. Just please don't take your life for granted. Don't waste it on petty things. Don't fight with people when its not necessary. Don't hold grudges or be hateful towards others. We all have our own paths to follow and we are all fighting against the daily race of life and death. Before we know it, it can be taken out from under us so quickly that you don't even get a chance to be reminded of what is important to you. Like love, friends, family. Take the time to tell them how much they mean to you, and don't ever let go of those most important to you.
Life is too short.
And with respect, as well as a heavy heart with this all, I wish ponybird and lokiblackfang a good long, and happy rest in peace. At such young ages you left those you loved the most. You both will be missed by many, and loved by all.
