Tomorrow I will get another shot into my spine which I am very skeptical about any positive effects. All this will do is make it to where I will be sore all week and not willing to do any kind of exercise. Joy.

Good news is that I will be on 24 hour quarters afterwards which will give me time to do laundry. :Ð

I wish my senior leadership would hurry up and approve my request and let me separate early so I can do things that will actually help my back pain. lol, FTA.
