If you're comfortable with your choices and have made them carefully, even if it is with multiple friends and partners, it still does not make you a 'slut' or 'slutty.' We choose our opportunities. we make the best of them. if others label that and define, that really isnt your problem. because it still comes back to "was it consenting, was it enjoyable, was the moment shared and real and made both parties happy?" then fuck the label, and keep fucking as you see fit when/who you want.

I suppose I would see you one as well if you say you would have sex with just about any of your friends, but then again I'm very focused when it comes to intimacy and only have the heart to be very committed to someone before even the idea of doing anything comes to mind.

I may just be odd about it. It doesn't change my friendship with people if they happen to be overly affectionate and itchy in the pants, it just means I will be very turned off if they think they can get away with it in front of me.

I can see your viewpoint and understand it. And it all comes down to in a situation like that some sort of respect. I respct you for the ability to not let it taint potential friends and friendships by most occasions, as that can be hard to do.

I don't know. It is one of those words that is very difficult to define because people tend to rely on its connotative definition. By definition the word implies somebody who is promiscuous. However, to be promiscuous isn't to have many sexual escapades. It is about having many meaningless and transient relationships. I don't think that having a lot of sex makes anyone a slut. I think a slut is anyone who uses other people for sex without any regard for their partners. I don't think that sex is inherently bad, but it is bad to have empty sexual relationships in compliance to a lack of self-control. If all of these relationships mean next to nothing to you then it does speak loudly about your character.
