iPhone? I used to do tech support for those. Yeah, if you didn't back-up to iTunes before the restore, you're boned. Unless you have an iCloud account? If so, it might be backed-up there.

No iCloud account. Haven't even got it on my phone yet. iTunes always has an error when it try to update it.

*hugs* You have my sympathy. Apple let the tech support company I worked for go before iCloud, I know nothing about it, sorry.
