i have to say "John" that you should have used the tribophysical waveform macro kinetic extrapolator to run the Chamelion Cicuit it's already hooked into a few other systems. If you did that it would suppliment the power needed to re-fuse the systems and repair the Chamelion Circuits...but why would you want to do that? you left the TARDIS as a Police Box for over 900 years, last time i checked, you did it out of fondness. i mean, i know the ability to blend in upon re-materialsation is important, ok, i got it, but....that's why you applied the Perception Filter to the old girl in the first place. now why would you want to muck it up and add some painfull burns to yourself in the mean time, eh? you're just lucky you didn't fry the Rassilon Imprimatur. that would've end your travels rather quickly.
