When it comes to a contest, do not EVER pick someone above the others before they are given a chance to enter.
The reason is, the person who organizes a contest is not being fair to the other people who entered and realize a winner is chosen before they even enter.
So to those who plan to make a contest, please don't pick a winner unless you are CERTAIN ALL PICTURES/COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ENTERED!

I don't hold contests simply cause I find art trades better =P I also don't join them because it might just be a gesture to get free art and yet be deceptive in the long run

I roll dice to determine winners. I just have to limit the number. I end up adding a few and then can't andle all the winners. ^^Δ
