Does Ash Not Know How to Say Please?

I just watched the first episode of pokemon I've seen in... a while. One of the later episodes (the first one with Sableye in it... /notobsessedimeanwut). And I noticed something.
I kind of felt like, if I was a pokemon, I would sort of have the following convo with Ash.
Ash: "Random Pokemon, do this for me!"
Me: "...what do you say...?"
Ash: "NOW!!"
...does this boy even KNOW the word "please"?
(Wut? Just a way of me bumping that ancient journal off my page and letting you people know I'm actualy alive? Nooooo...)
