So.. I just told off a customer... I mean it was barely telling of it was really gentle.

Customer: What's wrong with your guys's internet tonight?
Me: I'm not sure sir I'm not aware of any widespread issue, why is something happening
Customer: Well my modem lights are flashing!
Me: Well I'm sorry sir but I don't know what's happening at any individuals house at the moment, let's take a look.

I mean pretty light but still... I can't believe that slipped out. I've been losing my patience at work, it's getting to me. They are planning to switch me to another program because my stress is clearly visible and I'm good at my job (minus this call)

My supervisor pulled me aside one day and asked me if I was okay as he's on my facebook and thus sees all my messed up thoughts. When he asked me what was wrong I told him I was losing it and that talking to [company name] customers were like taking a tac hammer to my eye.

He understood and is working on getting me to another less stressful program.

Also I'm thinking of starting a dream blog... any thoughts on that anyone?
