I was supposed to have a four day weekend this time around, but a good chunk of Friday was eaten up because I had to take a soldier to clear ACAP (the guy is getting chaptered). That evening I met up with  cianthefur and I took him to a pet store. The place was supposed to have ferrets but they weren't delivered on time. We did enjoy looking at the various fish (fresh and salt water) and other animals. After that we ate some Chinese food and went to  cheetor7 and  rox777's place.

On Saturday it was so nice outside that we decided to hike Devils Head. So we went on post, transferred some things to my jeep, dropped the top, and headed out. While traveling down the interstate decided to put on my suit head, hand paws, and OD Green shirt. We got a lot of hilarious reactions, the best was the old lady that gave us a thumbs up. xÐ

We weren't able to make it to Devils Head because the gate was closed. We decided to take some other trails and Cian was enjoying the rough trails and saying how his car would never make it where we were going. xÞ I was going to drive along the Platte river but then I remembered that a trail with a good view was nearby. We went in and stopped to eat MRE's (nomy noms of nomness :3 ) and I got into full suit and Cian took some pictures of me. Sadly, the exposure was set too high and many of the pictures didn't turn out well. There are some that turned out great and I will try to use Photoshop to fix some not so bad ones. After all of that we went back to the pet store to see if the ferrets were there, they were not. :\

Sunday was a pretty chill day. We were exhausted from the sun on Saturday and decided to sleep in. We made another stop at the pet store and they finally had the ferrets, I was disappointed that they were adolescent or adults. I was under the impression that they would be much younger. We went up to REI and got a few things, then made a stop at Barnes and Noble. I wish I could have the entire sciences section as my own personal collection.

Monday we got up around 0900 and ate at Village Inn. I then went to a clinic to be checked out and approved for my red card. We then went back to Cheetor and Rox's place. I played Minecraft while Cian took a nap. Most of today was just relaxing inside since it got damn windy around noon. Cian had to go home early to install new headlight housings in his car. He is getting a new car one piece at a time. :Þ
